Earlier this spring, our key providers began meeting with the leadership of several local transitional care and skilled nursing environments to develop partnerships to serve their geriatric population most effectively. As a result of these conversations, we have formalized our Continuity of Care Philosophy that allows our provider team to follow our patients into every senior living environment that they call home including Independent Living, Assisted Living, Transitional Care, Memory Care, and Long-Term Care. Educating Home Health Aides at The Waterford – March 3, 2016
Our very own Steven Atkinson, PA-C, MS provided a training for home health aides at The Waterford Senior Living Community in Brooklyn Center, MN. His presentation was on Managing Behaviors in Dementia. Dozens of aides benefited from the time he spent with them. Dementia CEU Event Held at Meadow Ridge – January 28, 2016
Healthcare professionals, staff, residents, and family members all benefited from an in-depth continuing education event and social opportunity with our own Steven Atkinson, PA-C, MS.
